Using the original I was getting bad extrusion which I tracked down to the tension in the extruder spring, and this and all the original versions removed it in favor of a notch to keep the spring in place. So I added a slot for a M4 nut and threaded hole for an M4 to use with the Tensioner the ender 3 comes with, or any extruder top you buy.
