Ender 3 Top Spool Holder w Bearing and Handle

Here is my Spool Holder and handle system for my Ender 3 v2 and other 2020 extrusion based printers. This system optimized for direct drive systems. You can safely use dual Z with belt like me. I designed it pretty solid I may even be exaggerating a little.:)The main influence of this system was SPANNERHANDS Spool System by 3DMasterRace and Fillament spool holder by exiof. No support neededInstallation- Arms and HandleYou must print following parts;Bearing-mount-x2.stl (print 2 times)Left-arm.stlSpool-Core-1kg-50mm.stlTop-lock-x2.stl  (print 2 times)Right-arm.stlHandle.stlYou will need following hardware2 x 608 bearings4x M3 heat inserts4x M3 bolts (30 to 40mm. 40mm recommended)6x M3 to M6 T-nuts and suitable boltsPlace Left-arm and Right-arm in the middle of top extrusion of your printer. Place 4x t-nuts of your choice to the rear of left and right arms. Place handle part on the arms and place 1x t-nut per side and fix all parts...Put 2x M3 heat inserts on the top of arm. Use 2 piece per arms..Spool-Core PreparationTake your Spool-Core and place 608 bearings as shown in the picture above. You can download different size spool cores from SPANNERHANDS page. I included 50mm spool holder. Than place 2x Bearing-mounts. Looks like this… FinalPlace your filament spool and lock "Top-lock" part with appropriate nut. 40mm recommended.I highly advice to use a hex bolt knob or handle for easy operation… Alternative M3 Knob added to the part list
