Ender 3 Top Filament Guide

I'm absolutely thrilled with the filament guide [4024617](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4024617) situated near my extruder. The wheel spinning on a piece of filament (or in my case, a metallic wire) is a vast improvement over the scraping sound of some other guides. Based on this experience, I wanted a guide at the top near my spool - with a long insert into the V-rail to prevent it from dropping out too easily. My previous guide had this issue, and I didn't want it to happen again. To ensure the filament stays in place, I added a second wheel that locks it down. I printed this design without supports, but enabled bridging in Cura for a smooth finish. The fit is extremely tight, which suits me just fine - I'd rather have a snug fit than something that falls out easily.
