Ender 3 threaded filament guide with cable holder and ramp

I was unable to find a filament guide that had both a compact cable clip and a threaded entry for adding tubing. I decided to combine the two sources (thing:2967776 and thing:3303562) and add a simple ramp to guide the tubing at an angle, making it unnecessary to have any other filament guides at the top. The first design is meant to be flexible, so the ramp may bend slightly. A more rigid version is available if you prefer. It may be more difficult to push filament through by hand, which is why I recommend using an extruder knob or automatic filament changer if you decide to use this part.
