Ender 3 Sprite Extruder Runout Sensor + BL Touch OR CR Touch Mount

This is a remix of JPWOLFE99's mount that held BL Touch and runout sensor. I made it compatible with the CR Touch.Their design did not let my CR Touch sensor sit perpendicular to bed; The sprite's screws were in the way. Also, the runout sensor seemed a bit too low and would make contact with part of the sprite.I added the cutout for the connector.I extended the CR Touch's mounting point out a couple of mm to avoid the sprite's bolts.I extended the runout sensor's height to clear the sprite and also to provide some space to see the filament as you're putting filament in.I printed mine with the longest part laying flat on bed because that seemed to be where the most stress might be.This should still work with the BL Touch since I didn't change the height or spacing. Warning: Does not work with the Ender 3 Max. The runout sensor's cable isn't long enough to sit on the carriage. I learned this the hard way. I'm not even sure this will work with regular Ender 3's since the sensor's cable is so short.
