Update 4/10/2020: After mentioning in the comments that I had to relevel my bed, I'm pleased to report that I got a month's use out of it without needing to relevel. Someone asked for increased tension for their CR-10, so I uploaded two new untested versions - one with 3mm and another with 4mm of tension. The version I'm using, which was originally uploaded, has 2mm of tension. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Update 3/22/2020: I've been using these springs since before posting them on Thingiverse, running my printer almost non-stop as most of us do. So far, I haven't had to relevel the bed. While I may not have put a lot of thought into optimal tension, this setup has worked perfectly for me. This upgrade has been the best print I've made to my printer. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Update 3/10/2020: After printing continuously for over 24 hours since installing these springs, I can say that my print bed is still as level as when I started. There's also significantly less flex in the bed while printing. With no doubt, these springs are a great upgrade for your Ender 3. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This setup should work with any 3D printer springs, but since my only printer is an Ender 3, that's what I designed it for. The height of the washer was random and not well thought out, but it ended up adding almost 2mm of tension to the springs. While it seems to have stiffened my bed, this could also be due to my perception. I haven't printed anything big enough to test how well these work yet, but I'm confident they're doing what I wanted. I've included both the 3D builder file and STL so you can easily edit them if you want to add or remove tension. Print these with a brim and 100% infill. The flat washer should go under the side with power running to the bed, while the 3-cup washers go on the rest of the springs like in the photo. If you'd like to support my work, I wouldn't turn down a spool of PLA: https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/2A1T1YEQMIIIP?ref_=wl_share
