Ender 3 Spatula Holder with Flush Cutter Holder

I've remade Macromoon's Ender 3 spatula holder to keep the spatula accessible at the front of the machine. The spatula is now elevated so it won't bump into the extruder rail as the Z-axis ascends. I've also added a holder for stock flush cutters. When installing the holder, you may need to GENTLY tap it in with a hammer due to elephant's foot on one side of the part. Be careful not to hit the aluminum frame, or you might damage your printer.
