Ender-3 snail fan to coldend adapter

I've broken a coldend fan on my Ender-3 Pro, so I designed an adapter to fit a "snail" fan onto the heatsink. And... it works well. There's no need for a hotend fan when printing PETG, ABS and other materials, but the coldend must be cooled every time, so here's a quick fix that lets you keep printing until you can buy a normal fan. UPD. I added another adapter design that allows you to mount the fan on the side of the heatsink if needed.
