Ender 3 SKR v1.1 and Stock Control Box Lid with 60mm Fan

I recently upgraded to the SKR v1.1 control board and needed a cover that allowed the wires to come out the side for my direct drive setup. I added an opening to thisiskeithb's original design and removed the z-endstop opening since I use a BLTouch. Also, it was too loud using two 40mm fans so I modified the cover to use a single 24V 60x60x10mm fan instead. Updates -------- • 2019.03.22: I updated the fan covers with the correct ones (only four mounting holes instead of six). • 2019.03.13: I added a standard cover without the side opening for wires. Versions --------- • The -2mm fan cover is 10mm tall. Use this if you crank your bed adjustment knobs down tight. • The normal fan cover is 12mm tall, which is the original height of thisiskeithb's fan cover. • The +2mm fan cover is 14mm tall, offering two millimeters of clearance from my bed adjustment screw.
