Ender 3 side spool bracket

I updated the bracket that CHEP created, which was based on other remixed designs: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3303879 There are three key improvements: 1) I extended and elevated it to prevent interference from larger spools. 2) I added a second rail holder for enhanced stability. 3) I also filled in the unused holes, albeit poorly but effectively. No additional steps required; simply attach the existing holder.
