Ender 3 SD Card Adapter Housing

There is an upgraded version of this project available - Link:https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3519227 This is a SD Card adapter housing designed specifically for the Creality Ender 3. It attaches to the Ender 3 via two front screws that secure the motherboard lid, using the existing screws works perfectly fine. The design includes an aperture for easy access to the USB port and storage space for one SD card and one Micro SD card. Assembly is straightforward: 1. Insert the adapter into the housing. 2. Push in the end stop until the adapter fits snugly, following the direction arrow to ensure the ratchet works properly. 3. Tidy up any excess ribbon cable using an elastic band, leaving 50mm of slack to allow for a 90-degree fold. 4. Carefully insert the Micro SD jack into its designated slot. 5. Secure it to the lid using two existing M3 hex bolts. Printing details: The main body is printed vertically without supports and may require a raft depending on the build surface, but my prototypes worked fine without one. Printed at 0.2 resolution with 20% infill on an Ender 3 and Ender 5.
