Mount the scraper attachment securely onto your Ender 3 by aligning it properly and gently pushing it into place. For a smoother fit, consider sliding it downwards from the top as I did with mine. On January 21st, 2020, an improvement was made to facilitate easier insertion of the scraper attachment - a funnel was added on top.
