Ender 3 Satsana BLTouch + 5015 + 4020 slimmed down
thingiverse
I had trouble with the original (but still awesome) design: -Right hand parts fan duct was messing with the temperature probe, sometimes causing a thermal runaway trip -Heavy weight imbalance on right hand side led to it sagging; -This together with the 3-piece design led to the Z offset becoming quite unstable What I did here was remove the right-hand duct entirely (left alone still gives really good flow), and directly attached the BLTouch mount to the right side of the model instead of being on 2 separate pieces. Not sure if it still supports the direct drive per the OP's design. The parts fan faces inwards but there's reasonable clearance for airflow, see pics. Total weight has been reduced by 25% and there's no sagging anymore. Print with supports on the base, in the 4020 fan area (not behind the 4020 as it'll be a nightmare to remove), and in the gap above the BLTouch. Ensure you do not have supports generated in the duct because they would be awful to remove. Needs four M3.5 25mm screws, two M2 ish screws + nuts for the BLTouch, and two M4 x 20mm screws for the parts fan.
