Ender 3 SanBrother Bmg Extruder Custom Mount. Mount connects directly to Ender 3 pro plate with 4 screws. Standoffs/washers will be needed on the two left screws. This mount takes a 50x50 part cooling fan, and the stock hotend fan. Addition of a BLtouch is possible with bracket on the Front of the extruder. Z-offset will be around -.275 It was a bit of a learning curve designing the mount, but after that I had little issues. I had to make changes to the feed rate since the extruder is different than the stock, but I just copy and pasted the BMG extruder from online. I mounted a larger fan and it did cause some issues with cooling the tip and causing clogs, but I remedied that by putting on a crazy hot end silicone sock. So I got this extruder because I wanted a direct drive to do TPU with and while I haven't printed any tpu it has done fairly well. You do loose a little bit of the y axis as the extruder head sits further forward with my mount, but that hasn't been an issue to this point. At this point I would buy another if I needed too. Its a solid direct drive unit. If you do buy it and want to use my mount make sure you get a silicone sock that will fit it or you will have clogging issues.
