the sync belt on my s1 seemed very loose and did actully skip so i designed this simple pulley (print 2 of each)fix to top v rail next to breaing zrod block addtinal parts2x vslot nuts m4 (usualy have spares with enders )2x m5 15mm bolts2x m5 10mm bolts2x small toothed ballraced pulleys optional 2 small springs (recyled from a retractable pen would work) assemblym4 v slot in top rail fix the blocks next to zrod top blocks or where you like along this rail fix the upright with the 15mm m5 through pully to the tube flat end dont over tighten the bolt will cut it s on thread lock the tube with plyers but dont over tighten should spinn freelock the top of the tube into the rails on the block and use the 10mm bolt to tighten in again not fully should slide back and forth(optional fit the spring between the 2 small spikes )let the belt teens settle into the pulley slide forward to ension and tightn uptry to get both sides level and will take the slack out the sync belt be gentle my 1st thing ive shared !
