Ender 3 S1 Plus LED bar adapter

This part is designed to span the difference in width between a regular Ender 3 gantry and the S1 Plus Gantry. Simply use the installation screws that are supplied with the light bar kit to secure these parts to the gantry profile. Then use nuts and bolts to secure light bar mounts to inner faces. I printed this with PLA+ with supports everywhere with an angular cut-off of 45 degrees. I also recommend adding a couple mm of horizontal width to your supports to make them steadier during printing. I used 40% infill, but I don't think it matters much. I ended up using scotch tape to hold the light bar together, as these parts still tend to want spread open a bit. This design could be easily tweaked to adjust for that. Perhaps when I get more time... Ok, I have added a new version with a hook to engage the slot in the top of the gantry profile. This part will have to be mirrored for the opposite position.
