Ender 3 S1 - Nozzle Brush & Purge Bucket w/ macro

I searched for a solution that isn't mounted to the bed (for higher acceleration) and not to the X-gantry (for full X-range of motion), so I created a nozzle brush for the Z-gantry with a fast magnetically attachable purge bucket. When installed, the combo is easily adjustable back and forth so that the whole brush can be used over time.It will fit the standard size of nozzle brushes.Material:nozzle brush2x M4 or M5 screws up to 10mm in length with belonging T-nutM3 thumbscrew (head thickness ca. 2,8mm) and M3 heat set insert (maybe M4 is possible to screw directly in the plastic, and a normal screw with the given head thickness could also be possible, but not as easy to adjust)Magnet max. 10x2mm (glue in if smaller)Mount the bracket so that the nozzle will touch the brush slightly at Z: 2-2,5mm so that the macro will clean the nozzle perfectly at 1mm height. (or just try and readjust accordingly)You can find my Klipper macro which I use in my start G-Code (after M109 S<extr_temp> and before the prime line) in the files section.I printed it in PETG with 0.2mm layer height. (ABS/ASA would be even better)For the bracket, at least 3 perimeters and ≥20% infill to make it as stiff as possible. The other 2 parts don't have to be as heavy.Only the purge bucket needs support - tree support worked perfectly. It might be possible that I can provide slight adjustments for your magnet/thumbscrew size on request.
