Ender 3 S1 5015 Fan Duct
prusaprinters

This is my design for the Ender 3S1 Fan duct based on this design: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5238521

The only difference being that there is no screw required (you will have to use the original screws that was used to mount the extruder), this is for a 5015 blower fan (I used a GDSTIME 5015 blower fan), and it uses the original fans to cool the hotend.

Look at the slicer screenshot for print orientation. Make sure supports are touch platform only.

Since there is still some gap between the fan and the duct. Make sure to hotglue/tape the opening for maximum performance (You can look at the picture).

3D printed screws for the fan are also provided (I use the screws from the z axis bracket, because my lead screw are bent), make sure you print the screws very slowly and at 0.1mm layer height with brim (I use 50m/s speed with Klipper, if you don't use Klipper you have to go slower.)

If you have any question or future ideas. Feel free leave a comment here.
