Ender 3 Roller Filament Guide - Modified

While I appreciate the concept of the roller filament guide, I encountered some issues with it. Initially, I was unhappy with how it attached to my printer. Mine tended to be loose and although it stayed in place, I worried about it getting dislodged during extended prints. Furthermore, I desired a longer design that would provide a more gentle path for the extruder. To address these concerns, I added a tab at the top of the body that hooks over the printer's top rail, securing it firmly in position. Although it still wiggles slightly, I believe there is no reasonable likelihood of it falling off. I also lengthened the arm to provide more clearance for smoother filament flow. To enhance stability and prevent damage from excessive strain on the longer arm, I thickened the entire body. While this modification may not be essential, I am content with the results. The roller guide still utilizes the same wheel and axle as the original design, allowing users to source these components separately if needed. Additionally, I incorporated 45-degree angle clips from another remix, enabling easy prints without support materials. All dimensions are tailored for my Ender 3 Pro printer; however, I anticipate that it should fit comfortably on standard Ender 3 models or other printers using similar rail sizes. To minimize shrinkage and warping, I printed mine with PETG, but PLA would likely work just as well due to the added tab's stability.
