This is a critical test case measuring 31x6x52 dimensions. The foundation is a sturdy 2mm thickness. No skirt lines are present; instead, the starter line runs from front to back along the Cura design. In 10mm increments from the base of the pole, retraction settings start at 1mm, then increase by 1mm each time: 1, 2, 4, 6, and 7, all executed at a steady pace of 25 mm/s. Coasting is enabled with a .04 volume adjustment at 90% speed. Combing or wiping is not used. The print was carried out at a speed of 50mm/s, travel speed at 150mm/s, with retraction disabled during layer changes. This build was created on a premium 3mm mirror surface, carefully purchased and cut from Lowes materials. The bed temperature was set to 55 degrees, while the nozzle temperature remained at 210 degrees.
