Ender 3 RepRap Full Graphics Display
thingiverse
This mount is designed for the RepRap Discount Full Graphic LCD Display to be used on the Ender 3 and Ender 3 Pro (successfully tested on the Ender 3 Pro, but should also work on the Ender 3).\r\n\r\nUnfortunately, I took a bad picture due to terrible lighting in that room.\r\n\r\nHow do you even use a RepRap display with the Ender 3 mainboard?\r\nWell, I replaced my original mainboard with an MKS Gen L. There is a great video by Teaching Tech: https://youtu.be/LNdMYgwez8Y \r\n\r\nPS: Yes, I know that you can use the stock display if you flip the connector. However, I had to flip the two connectors on the RepRap Discount LCD because the main reason I opted for a new display was the missing SD slot on the stock display and I also think that the stop/reset button is a neat addition.\r\nI also want to add, that I used one of these copies with a red PCB. The name of the display is "RepRapDiscount Full Graphic Smart Controller"\r\n\r\nRequirements:\r\n* 4x M3*12 Screws\r\n* 2x M5*8 Screws (Screws for the stock display mount)\r\n\r\nIncluded Files:\r\n* Creality_Ender-3_Logo.stl: This is the Ender Logo used to cut out the logo in the model. The original design was created by tom666 and can be found on Thingiverse at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3078936\r\n* DisplayMount.stl: This is the normal Mount for the display (Default configuration in the SCAD file)\r\n* polyround.scad: OpenSCAD Libary to create rounded Polygons. The original library was created by Irev-Dev and can be found on GitHub at https://github.com/Irev-Dev/Round-Anything/blob/master/polyround.scad\r\n* DisplayMount.scad: This is the OpenSCAD File for the model.
