Ender 3 Replacement Shroud
thingiverse
I designed my own metal shroud for my Ender 3 after damaging the original one and discovering it was impossible to replace without buying a whole new hot end. To ensure maximum airflow, I completely opened up the fan hole. The design requires supports for the screw holes and is compatible with the original BLTouch metal mount. You'll need to insert your original screws to secure them in place, but all the holes line up perfectly with the original fans. Depending on how you set up your supports, you may need to do some post-print finishing work on the screw mounts to get a smooth look. However, this is entirely up to you and your design preferences. I printed my shroud at a layer height specified by the software, but you can use any height you like.
