Ender 3 rear Pi case (all in one, universal rear electronics case)
thingiverse
I really love Teaching Tech's rear electronics case. But with several people mentioning that the relay he used wasn't powerful enough, I started searching for one that was. This new relay turned out to be way bigger than the original one, so the case needed modifying to fit it. I also adjusted the buck converter (which powers the Pi) mounting holes to fit the buck converter I used. To make the bigger relay fit, I've moved the Pi over by 7mm. The lid is available on Thingiverse under left lid: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3688967. For wiring, please watch Teaching Tech's YouTube video, but I have included my attempt at a wiring diagram. I believe using the diagram and picture should be enough to figure out what's going on. Please find links to the parts I used below. High Power Relay: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07TXHMF12/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1.
