- No support need, see picture of print orientation. No extra hardware needed. Uses creality original metal arm and roller. Designed to prevent wasting time and material with fail print from dimensional inaccuracy. - The base is beveled on 1 side to make it easier to slide into the rails. Make sure this side is oriented up as the top on the slicer. Once printed, the beveled side becomes the front and should be inserted into the rail first. The back should fit very tight with the rail, should not go in by hand and require some gentle hammering with a tool. This ensures stability. - The base interlocking is 0.5mm wider and taller than the arm to account for PLA shrinkage. - The arm should fit snug with little movement. If it is slightly loose, print a new locking bar (scale up +0.1mm) and use a tool to push it in. This can help lock them tight and save time and material from reprinting another arm. - If the arm fits loose and can be taken in and out with wiggle room, then you might need to recalibrate your printer for dimensional accuracy, or you can scale the arm up accordingly (+0.1 to +0.4mm) and reprint it, fit in the base and line up the holes, use a drill to get both holes to the same size, then print a new locking bar (scale it up to make it tight fit). - Locking bar should be printed flat on bed, not standing. It does not have to be perfectly round, only needs the diameter to be correct. Printing it flat makes it stronger as one continuous line.
