Ender 3 Rear Case for SKR 2

Ender 3 Rear Case for SKR 2

thingiverse

A modified back case to support the new U-Disk (USB) slot on the SKR 2 mainboard. Since SKR 1.3/1.4 use the same mounting pattern, this primarily adds the USB cutout. Otherwise, it's the same as the base model. Also provides provision for mounting a 1"x2" secondary board, potentially to multiplex fan outputs. ECAD files to follow. Since the SKR boards are on imperial spacing, the secondary electronics board is also, although that wrecks havoc with having clean metric measurements. ### Update 7/16/21 ECAD Files are uploaded. Gerbers for most recent board are uploaded, but have not been tested. I used the layout as a guide for a handwired expansion board, which works well, but there is fan whine when not at 0/100%. Also uploaded is a "back exit" variant for running 2 extruder cables out the back, to match the routing on my machine. This might not work for everyone, so the original design is also there. Spacing between SKR and Eboard also expanded to increase clearances. There is space for something else in the back of the case, but I'm not sure what else should go there.
