Ender 3 Rear Cable Clip

I modified the Ender 3 Rear Clip by tweaking the original design from johnniewhiskey to keep the build plate cable clear of the base section. I found that the printed cable chain was a bit too rigid and would adjust my build plate height as it printed. I've been printing smoothly with this mod for quite some time now, and I think it's a much better way to do things, not to mention it uses less filament.
