Ender 3 RasPi Cam V2 articulated arm with Led stand
thingiverse
I designed this arm because I needed a flexible way to handle the RasPi Cam and a 24V led strip. The idea is based on a "locking ball and socket arm" design, found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:824711 by alexrich82. The mount can be fixed to the Ender 3 printer between lcd screws and the frame, as shown in the photos. You can print multiple joints to fit your needs, and if you find the connection a little too loose, just add a piece of tape on each sphere's surface. I did this and achieved very good results. The camera box remains closed due to interference, but the led stand is not essential for the structure's strength. I use a 30cm ribbon cable to connect the camera to the raspberry fixed to the frame with my project at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3016364. Any suggestions on how to improve this design are always welcome. If you have any doubts, don't hesitate to contact me - I'll do my best to help.
