I created a "silent" Ender 3 pro by exchanging all fans to silent ones and replace the stock board with an SKR Mini E3 V2.0. Now I want to run octoprint and have to add a Raspberry Pi 4 for this. Another case with a fan? No! I put the Raspberry into the Armor passive cooling housing ( https://www.berrybase.de/en/new/armor-geh-228-use-f-252-r-raspberry-pi-4-blau?c=328 ). No extra fans needed! The standard housings to attach this to the Ender 3 will not work anymore, because the cover the heatsink. Therefore I created a brace for the Armor housing. It can be attached to the 40x40 rails and you can click in the housing. No case is blocking the heatsink.
