Ender 3 Raspberry Pi Case for GeeekPi Cooling Kit Remixed from Ender 3 Raspberry Pi 2/3 mount (UPDATED V2) by giacomo30196 https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3016364 This case is designed to fit into the T slot of the 40x40 Aluminium Extrusion and to accommodate the GeeekPi Extreme Cooling Kit (available from Amazon among other places) This box can be slid into the Ender 3 frame as shown in the photo. However, you would have to remove the 2 screws on the front, and other screws holding the mainboard housing in the base of the printer. This is not particularly easy but it allows the Pi to be mounted next to the mainboard as shown in the picture. You can, of course, mount this case wherever you like (as long as it does not obstruct the motion of the printer) but this is where I felt it fit best on my own Ender 3 V2. I printed this case at 0.12mm layer height with a 0.4mm nozzle for good quality and fitment. You could print this using a 0.2mm layer height to save a little time and it should still fit OK but may require some clean up / sanding.
