Ender 3 Raspberry Pi camera mount
thingiverse
This camera mount is designed for use with the Solid Bed Mount set produced by https://www.th3dstudio.com/product/cr-10solidmounts and a Raspi camera v2. The goal is to lower the lens so that the nozzle is more visible than it would be using the TH3D mount. It can also be used with standard spring mounts, but the height of the boss would need to be decreased to fit the distance between the bed and the baseplate, so a modified arm with a 16mm boss height (StockSpringArm) and a StockSpringCase are included. The mount is attached to the bed using the stock screw and thumbwheel. The camera case is secured to the arm using the nut and bolt provided in the Bed Mount Kit (M3*26mm). A demonstration video shows how it works: https://youtu.be/NUXMDtbxdUc. Timelapse images are captured via Octoprint using the "on Z change" setting. My prototypes were printed with PLA, but long-term it may be better to print the arm in ABS for durability. The CameraCaseTop.stl file should be flipped over in your slicer settings.
