This is inner side support for Ender 3 PSU. Originally, the power cable cover was only supported by outside screws on plastic parts. This part can make PSU even stronger. ======================================== Version 1: To install it, you need to remove two screws on the PSU's z-axis side. It becomes more secure this way. Version 2: Installation is easier but less sturdy.
