I designed a Creality Ender 3 PSU fan shroud to alleviate the maddening noise that was driving me nuts. I decided to see if I could significantly minimize it. I utilized four 2x1mm magnets to enable spinning the shroud into position, which would optimize noise reduction. It's still an ongoing project, but I'm hoping you'll find it helpful.
