I modified kevinsray's "Ender 3 PSU Fan Exhaust redirect" to fit my Ender 3's PSU unit. I added two more holes, making a total of four, and resized it to match the dimensions of my Ender 3's power supply, which measures 50mm in diameter. The printed part, made from PLA with supports, is functioning perfectly so far! One suggestion I would make is to limit your use of supports, as they can be quite stubborn to remove otherwise.
