My version of the Ender 3 Power supply fan cover design was created to minimize fan noise, which it accomplishes effectively. The primary objective behind this design is to redirect airflow towards the back, providing an efficient cooling system for the printer. Fortunately, I have not encountered any overheating issues with this setup. For optimal results, print this design in the orientation shown above. It's recommended to use support blocks throughout the entire model except for a small overhanging tab. Please note that this design is specifically tailored for the base model Ender 3 PSU. However, I am unsure if it will fit the higher spec (Ender 3 Pro) PSU. This cover was printed using a 0.2mm layer height and with a brim. If you have confidence in your bed adhesion, a skirt can be used as an alternative to ensure secure printing.
