Ender 3 power supply (Chengliang CL-P360W24V) cover with SilentiumPC Zephyr 7015 (SPC013) fan. The fan is cheap (cca. $5) and quiet (17.7 dB). It fits inside the PSU. The original fan is 24V but the new one is 12V. I'm using 100 ohm 2W serial resistor. For assembly use the original screws.
