This is a remix of jslaker's Mean Well SP-320-24 PSU 100mm Fan Cover. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005Z1QJH2 is where I found the fan I use. I employed Blender to relocate the hexagon vents and trim off the bottom flap that isn't necessary due to the PSU switch cap on the Ender3's PSU.
