I created the model from scratch because working with STL files can be a real hassle, I've uploaded an .f3d file in case you want to modify it for your own fan size. I've also uploaded a used fan grid (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2802474) so you can download everything at one site. P.S.: I left off the top right anti-vibration pad because it was touching the condenser.
