I created a PrusaSlicer profile specifically tailored for the Ender 3, and it's optimized for printing with PLA. If you have any suggestions or improvements to make, please share them! Additionally, I included a custom-designed wire cover that can be used on v-slot machines. As an aside, since you're using OctoPrint for your printer controls, you might want to update the start G-code in this profile, as the one provided is just a basic starting point. I use OctoPrint for my printer's settings, so I've learned that it's always best to have a solid foundation for the print process.
