I completely agree with you, CDeviant designed a piece that perfectly fits the Ender-3 Pro and it's incredibly sturdy. It just works seamlessly.\r\n\r\nWhen I installed CDeviant's design, I encountered a few issues:\r\n- The stepper motor was positioned too close to the wall on which it was mounted, causing the pulley to be relatively near that wall as well. This resulted in noise produced by the belt touching the side of the pulley, potentially leading to wear over time.\r\n- Putting the belt over the pulley proved challenging due to the tight space on the wedge part.\r\n- One of the screws used to attach the piece to the center extrusion didn't have enough room to fit into the hole.\r\n\r\nTo address these problems, I took the following approach:\r\n- I modified the stepper motor mounting wall to make it thinner yet still resistant enough. This allowed me to move the motor closer to the center and perfectly align the pulley with the belt.\r\n- I gave some extra space to the wedge part, making it easier to fit the belt.\r\n- I provided extra clearance for that screw.\r\n\r\nI've printed and installed it. If you don't see me again, it's likely because this piece is still intact :)\r\n\r\nBy the way, I'd like to give credit to CDeviant for their excellent design! Although I made some adjustments to suit my needs better, everyone seems very happy with the original piece based on comments.\r\n\r\nP.S. You'll notice an "A" logo on the side; that's a common practice of mine when designing or modifying things. I'm not trying to offend anyone or take credit for someone else's work.
