Ender 3 Pro Wire Pathway

Designed this modification to prevent excessive wear on the wires passing through the aluminum extrusion frame on both Ender 3 and Pro models.\r\n\r\nRemove the access panel for the main board, which requires three bolts at the bottom and one bolt at the top.\r\n\r\nInside the nylon sleeve, all wires run except the display wire. Carefully cut a straight line through the nylon to use it as a lining for the new pathway covering the PLA, ensuring protection and minimal movement.\r\n\r\nSnip any zip ties that may be restricting the reorganization of the wires with care.\r\n\r\nLine the inside of the new PLA pathway with the nylon, and trim as necessary. Place all wires back into the pathway, including the display wire unless it's routed differently.\r\n\r\nSecure both ends of the wires on either side of the pathway using zip ties to keep them together and facilitate panel replacement.\r\n\r\nReplace the main board panel, ensuring that all wires are clear of fan movement and not severely blocking airflow to the step driver heat sinks.
