###Why? I printed this https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3063886 filament guide for my Ender 3 v2, because the filament was scraping the Z lead screw sometimes. However, it's suggested to use 608 bearings with this desing and I didn't have any. Tried to print one (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2746804) but that failed so I decided to make an all plastic remix. ###Features This remix works best with https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2917932. ###Important **Filament_Guide_Shaft was printed with 100% infill and 0,8mm wall thickness. Roller_Bearing_Guide_AIO was printed with 50% infill (Tri-Hexagon, my favorite) and 1,2mm wall thickness. Roller_Bearing_Guide_AIO should be printed as shown.** *If Roller_Bearing_Guide_AIO doesn't fit on Filament_Guide_Shaft, print with 0,8mm wall thickness instead.* In Cura, under Experimental settings, I enabled Exclusive slicing tolerance. ###Supports No supports are needed. ###Print time Total print time for both parts is about 2 hours, but keep in mind you shloud print them separately. *see notes* ###Tips -It's suggested to use some kind of tape on the surface of the roller. -I'm using rubber band to keep the roller on the shaft. You can also use tape. -Depending on how your printer arrived, you may need to switch position of one screw so the nut faces the correct way. -Wait for the bed to cool down, it is way easier to remove the prints.
