I built an Ender 3 Pro to Switchwire Conversion Rev.2 printer (https://github.com/boubounokefalos/Ender_SW/tree/Rev.2)I have the Fysect S6 main board which didn't fit into the original electronics layout, prompting me to rearrange the configuration and create/remix additional components to accommodate it.Description:Layout and Cleaning:Refers to pictures for layout reference.Clean parts as necessary before assembly.Inserting Heat Inserts:Apply M3 heat inserts in specific locations (arms and PS_Left_Arm).Fixing Main Power Supply:Print two PS_4040_slide_Mount_2x.stl parts and attach them to the right side of the power supply using two M4X20 SHCS screws.Attach PS_Left_Arm.stl and PS_Right_arm.stl to the left side of the power supply with one M4X6 BHCS screw each.Slide the power supply into the 4040 frame, then fix the arms to the Y frame with two M5x10 BHSC screws.Fixing Fysetc S6 Holder:Attach Fysetc_s6_holder.stl to Support_Arm_Fysect.stl using two M3x10 SHCS screws.Use Fysetc_s6_holder_spacer.stl under the holder on the Y frame, fixed by two M5x10 BHSC screws and T-slot nuts.Fixing rPi Holder:Attach rPi_holder.stl to Support_arm_pi.stl and PS_Left_Arm.stl using two M3x10 SHCS screws.Use screws provided with the rPi and Fysect S6 to fix them onto the holders.Fixing 25W Power Supply:Secure the 25W power supply with its original bracket from the GitHub repository.Use screws provided with the rPi and Fysect S6 to fix them onto the holders.Additional Components:Optionally print and install AC_Cover.stl and Cable_organizer.stl as needed.
