This is a simple bearing-ed filament add-on for the Ender 3 pro printer and other Ender's that have the same filament holder as the 3. The original Ender holder needs to be reversed as shown in FactorySpoolAlignment.jpg in Images. So that a flat surface is on the spool side. Spools should slide on and off without the End Cap in place. The End Cap should fit (just barely) over the end of the original spool end and just sits there preventing the spool from coming off. Remove the original spool shaft and place the housing on the shaft and re-assemble. Then slide the bearings in. I was able to get them in without issues. My filaments now feed without resistance.
