Ender 3 pro satsana orbiter 5015
thingiverse
This is my remix of the famous and wonderful satsana fanduct. I made this with a backplate that mounts to the original x-carriage plate of the ender 3 pro. All the holes are made to fit melt nuts so the m3 screws have proper grip (10 in total). I used m3x10 screw to assemble it. NOTE: This will bring your hotend +/- 7mm further to the front. The backplate is mounted to the x-carriage using 2 screw in the original fan shroud holes and you will need 2 longer M3 screws for the hotend. This is bolted to the x-carriage plate fixing the mounting plate in between. The fan shroud itself is mounted to the plate using 2 screws. One on the left and one behind the 5015 blower. This fixes the issue of the original satsana getting a bit loose on the right side. The inside of the shroud is made a little bit bigger to fit a dragonfly hotend. Haven't tested it yet because I still haven't bought one. (edit 25-apr-2022: Use the "satsana dragonlfy" shroud. The nozzles on this one have been lowered a bit) This is still a work-in-progress but it works as is. I'm currently printing 60-80mm/s pla with this and it holds up great. If there are any comments please let me know :) Update 25-04-2022: It's been a while since I worked in this project. I've been busy with other stuff. I do have a couple of new files I made some minor changes to fit my setup. - Dragonfly hotend (I recommend to print the "dragonfly satsana" as wel. I noticed the dragonfly sits a tiny bit lower than the original hotend so i dropped the nozzles a bit.) - BLtouch (the one in the pictures is from Trianglelab but I designed it for an original BLtouch.) Sadly I haven't had time to design a dual 5015 fan one and I don't know when I have the time to do so. Since the original satsana is open source I have uploaded STEP files so that you guys can keep on tinkering to make it fit your needs.
With this file you will be able to print Ender 3 pro satsana orbiter 5015 with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on Ender 3 pro satsana orbiter 5015.
