Ender 3 Pro PSU Noctua NF A6x25 Fan Cover
thingiverse
Noctua NF A6x25 fan cover for Ender 3 Pro PSU. I cut the original fan connector and soldered on a generic 2-pin XH connector from the stock fan. Since the original fan was also 12V, I plugged it directly into the PSU PCB. Initially, I wanted to carve out the PSU case profile to sink the fan in so it wouldn't stick out as much. However, when I got to it, I didn't have the right tools on hand, so I decided to create this design instead. I simply cut the radial grill for improved airflow and screwed the fan from behind - see 3rd photo. After that, I bent the lower grill slightly so I could stick the fan plug through the aluminum cover. You could also just drill a hole in the plastic part where the cable guide goes. Next, I printed the design, press-fitted the bottom part around the fan, then the top part on the fan. I planned to use two fan screws to secure it in place, but the friction seemed enough, so I left it that way as you can see from the photo. It may not be the best-looking design, but at least it conceals the cable.
