It fits my 100mm ultraslim and low noise fan outside the PSU box perfectly. I've done everything with a honeycomb surface for better cooling. With this cover, even without a fan, the power supply works very well, and the fan will rarely turn on. Print at 0.4 resolution and 10% infill. No support is needed. Use original screws for the cover and 4x M4x15* bolts (no nut required) for the fan. ***BEWARE*** to the length of the M4 bolts! They may touch inside components. It's better to use a bushing or some washer. Or you can print a PETG M4x20 bolt (included) and thread the cover hole.
