Ender 3 Pro PSU Cover (with space for converters and mount in dual z axis setting)
thingiverse
Most of the car chargers in the market supports 12v and 24v input which are suitable for most 3d printer. It is good to convert the PSU power into 5v or 12v. I tested three cheap car chargers. It has a risk for 24v PSU input that burn a chip on the car charger (even though the product claims it support 12v and 24v) immediately. For the output voltage, I found that car chargers always output 5v without any boost converters. I use the charger for powering raspberry pi, led light and webcam. I put the charger in the extra space and let the usb wires go out from the circle hole on the cover. The PSU box has 7 cm mount on the 4040 extrusion. I think it has enough room for motor wire and z axis. You can print the whole box and mount or print them seperately. Bolts from the stock setting are needed. Two more m4 bolts can tight the box and mount together if you print them seperately. Remixed from: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4195582 https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3898958
