I modified this PSU cover to fit an 80mm fan bolted to the outside. Any 12V fan will work since the PSU fan is already a 12V fan. You can either replace the connector on the 80mm fan with the old fan connector or replace the connector with a JST connector (https://www.amazon.com/Qibaok-Crimping-Ratcheting-Connectors-0-1-0-5mm%C2%B2/dp/B07ZK5F8HP). Attach the fan before putting the cover onto the PSU. I used two screws from the inside out and made sure to orient the fan so it is blowing into the PSU. Add a grill to protect your fingers. I used (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:706812) but any 80mm fan grill will work.
