I loved Kleronax's original design for the dual fans, but decided on a single one instead. Fortunately, I had a 92mm Noctua fan ready to go, so I revamped the design accordingly. Although some minor differences in PSU dimensions made it simpler to start from scratch, I incorporated most of Kleronax's original aesthetic. To accommodate the Noctua rubber mounts for the fan, I needed more clearance, which resulted in a taller box. This modification worked out perfectly - the fan effectively blows a significant amount of air through the PSU without generating much noise. Considering the substantial airflow, I might add the low-noise cable later on, which essentially inserts a resistor into the circuit. Currently, the loudest component is the electronic case fan, which frequently ramps up to full speed.
