Moved my printer to an area where the fan noise was audible. I examined several designs, but stumbled upon a short stack of 12 x 1.5mm N42 disk magnets. The cup is 13mm x 2mm; the magnets are stuck to the cups with a small amount of 3M VHB tape. The body prints well without support, but I experienced some bridging issues with the magnet cups. The fan shroud has an approximate diameter of 60mm and should work on similar PSUs with 50mm cooling fans (the Ender 3 Pro uses a Mean Well LRS-350-24) but you may want to verify that magnets will be compatible.
